Professional language courses are an extended range of language support for people with a migration background.
The professional language course with goal B2 is primarily aimed at people who have completed an integration or professional language course and can prove their language level at a B1 level through a B1 certificate or through a placement test.
Requirement
Eligible to participate by the Employment Agency, its job center or the BAMF.
The costs are fully covered for job seekers. Apprentices and working people may have a personal contribution of 50%. We would be happy to advise you.
For registration you need:

Authorization to participate in a professional language course in the original

Your ID card/passport/residence title

your registration confirmation

Your DTZ or B1 certificate, which must not be older than 6 months.
Classification
if you no certificate own or Your certificate is older than 6 months, you need to take a placement test.
The test consists of a written and an oral part.

Completed integration course and/or German language skills on A1, A2, B1, B2 or C1 level After the common European Framework of Reference (GER). A visit to the courses with the target language level A2 and B1 must be attended by the previous integration course including a German test for immigrants.

Course B2 includes 400 teaching units and has the goal of Language level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference (GER).
Language teaching has a general professional orientation. In the so-called bridge element B1/B2, at the beginning of the course, the already known B1 content from the integration course or B1 professional language course with professional world contexts in 100 teaching units (UE) Repeatedly and consolidated to prepare the participants better than before for the requirements of the B2 basic course.
