Coaching
The aim of the holistic support is the development (and subsequently the stabilization) of the employability of employable beneficiaries (ELB). Holistic support is understood to mean methods that include the assessment and development of personal skills and perspectives, suggestions for self-reflection and overcoming the need for action. Holistic care within the meaning of § 16k SGB II means that special, individual problems are being worked on that affect the employability. The special thing about this measure is that the entire life situation of the person to be cared for is considered and not just aspects relevant to the labor market.
We offer individual coaching
We offer individual coaching that has been adapted to the needs of the participants in order to achieve the best possible result.
The coaching is suitable for all job seekers with or without professional experience to introduce them to the training and job market. Together with you, we are looking for new perspectives to optimally integrate you into the world of work.
We are also happy to support refugees and job seekers with a migration background in their professional reorientation. For this we have multilingual coaches in the team (Arabic, Kurdish, Persian, Turkish, Bulgarian, English).
